To support the development and maintenance of the website and our custom chatbots we will be charging a subscription fee. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with the initial development and the ongoing computational resources required for each chatbot interaction, and weekly website expansion and updating ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality, reliable service.

5. What are my responsibilities as a user of the website and chatbots?

Confidentiality: It is crucial to uphold the confidentiality of all individuals -students, families, employees and others. Refrain from including last names or other personal information in your interactions with artificial intelligence.

Verification: Carefully review AI outputs for accuracy, possible bias, fairness, and tone. AI-generated information requires proper verification and analysis, before use.

Responsible Use: Users are strictly forbidden from using any tools available on this site to produce deceptive content, impersonate others, or to engage in harmful behaviors.

All chatbots will be regularly monitored to ensure optimal performance and will be updated as needed. The Legal Chatbot will undergo annual updates following each legislative session
